Registration and portal terms
ESG Staffing is the trading name of Staffing Belgium BV.
The candidate provides the requested information accurately and keeps it up to date. ESG Staffing may ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected. To the extent permitted by law, the candidate may be liable for direct and demonstrable loss caused by intentionally or grossly negligently provided inaccurate information.
ESG Staffing uses the information provided to register, contact and support the candidate in recruitment and job-mediation services. Where necessary for those services, relevant professional data may be shared with suitable clients or potential employers. How ESG Staffing processes personal data is explained in the privacy notice.
AI-assisted tools may be used to structure candidate information, improve documents and identify suitable vacancies, assignments or potential employers. Relevant recruitment decisions are reviewed by authorised staff.
Personal data is retained in accordance with the privacy notice and applicable statutory retention duties.
Agreements and authorisations may be offered for electronic signature. A missing signature or response does not constitute consent or authorisation. Only applicable Belgian law determines the consequences attached to a document or the start of an assignment.
Mandatory Belgian language rules apply to employment and social documents. Translations are provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, the Dutch version of these portal terms prevails in the event of differences in interpretation.
