The temporary worker acknowledges that providing incorrect or incomplete information on this registration form may have implications for their registration process, job offers from the staffing agency, and the underlying temporary employment agreement. Any adverse consequences resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in the registration form, whether for the temporary worker or the staffing agency, shall be solely borne by the temporary worker.
The information provided above will be handled confidentially by the staffing agency and will be stored in the agency's automated database. The staffing agency operates in compliance with the Belgian Data Protection Act (GDPR). The temporary worker consents to the disclosure of their identity data to the client through the Staffing | ESG portal for the purpose of securing employment.
The temporary worker consents to the processing of their data by AI for the sole purpose of extracting and processing data for the purpose of securing employment, as well as for the purpose of identifying potential clients.
The temporary worker expressly agrees to the storage and sharing of their data with potential clients. The registration form, including any accompanying curriculum vitae, will be retained for a period of 4 weeks, with the option for a 4-week extension. Staffing | ESG utilizes digital signatures, thereby using only the email address provided by the temporary worker.
Authorization forms and agreements will also be sent for digital signing. The temporary worker is required to digitally sign the document. Agreements not signed by the temporary worker within 14 days, but for which they have commenced work, will be deemed accepted by the temporary worker. The same applies to authorizations.
All forms and agreements will be drafted in both Dutch and the language of the temporary workers. These documents are identical in content and have been translated by a certified translator. When the temporary worker signs in one of the two languages, the signature applies to both versions. The Dutch version of the form and agreement will be legally binding, as Belgian law governs the agreement.
By submitting this registration form, the temporary worker agrees to all provisions stated herein, particularly consenting to the storage, sharing, and method of digital signature usage for their data.
